A case of malignant ear tumor, 70-year-old woman, was reported. She consulted our clinic, complaining of left aural discharge. The ulcer formations were noted on retroauricular area. Histological examination revealed cholesteatoma and no malignant findings. Radical mastoidectomy was performed, however, cholesteatoma recurred and aggresively enlarged within few weeks. Repeated histological examinations still could not reveal any malignant findings, however, we treated this patient as malignant ear tumor. Radiation and chemotherapy were effective.
