Two cases of large Schwannoma of parapharyngeal space were reported. In case one, the tumor extended to the skull base, and it was removed through the lateral cervical approach. In case two, the tumor destroyed the skull base partially, and it was removed by deviding into two parts through the lateral cervical approach and the infratemporal craniotomy. We think that the cooperation with other departments should be considerable to remove completely and safely such large parapharyngeal space tumor extending to the skull base.
