抄録
A case of 9-year-old female with papillary hypertrophy of the palatine tonsils was reported. The family history was non contributory. Tonsillectomy was performed due to the presence of tonsillitis. Histological findings revealed chronic tonsillitis with proliferation of both the germinal center and the connective tissue. No recurrence was seen for 3 years and 6 months postoperatively. Previous literature on this disease was reviewed.
