Plasmacytomの一症例

In the otorhinolaryngological region, extramedullary plasmacytoma is very rare and the reports of this tumor, especially growing in the nasal cavity or on the nasal septum, are only a few.
In this case, the tumor disseminated in the nasal cavity and was diagnosed as plasmacytoma by histological examination. This tumor was clinically benign and never metastasized. It was only surgically resected and the postoperative course was favourable.
