Abstract
Pat., 16 years old, a boy, hospitalized due to severe head-ache (esp. frontal), otalgia and profuse otorrhea from r. ear, in spite of twifold parasentesis by some surgeon in the cource of a month, Nystagmus, Gradenigo- and Horner-signs, nuchal rigidity were not present, Radiographically it is doubted apecitis. Free drainage from the apex of pyramid were mabe. Dehospitalized 47 days after the operation with favour recovery.
