This article is constructed from two parts. The one proposes to studing the tbc. tissue detached from clinical materials by means of his “histocytogramm” (a methode of histological analysis just like as hemogramm), comparing with the appearances of tbc. bacilli in the tissues. The other is the same observation in experimental tuberculosis in rabbits larynx, and the studies about the factors conditioned on the progress of tbc. in histogramm.

Pat., 16 years old, a boy, hospitalized due to severe head-ache (esp. frontal), otalgia and profuse otorrhea from r. ear, in spite of twifold parasentesis by some surgeon in the cource of a month, Nystagmus, Gradenigo- and Horner-signs, nuchal rigidity were not present, Radiographically it is doubted apecitis. Free drainage from the apex of pyramid were mabe. Dehospitalized 47 days after the operation with favour recovery.

The auther reported the new osteoplastic treatment of the cleft palate which can be rendered effective by pharyngoplasty.
Osteoplastic uranoplasty which can be reduced to the subperiostal resection of the palatine process and pharyngoplasty, briefly the partial resection of the pharyngeal mucous membrane consisted of 1cm. in width from posterior palate arch to posterior palatine arch, are the most logical approach to the cleft palate.
The disturbance of speech of the cleft palate is promptly controlled by this surgical procedure.

Asymmetry of posterior palatine arches within quiet respiration may occur in two conditins. The one is termed “neurogenic” commenced on the occasion of the invasion of nerves innervated to the soft palae, such as Trigeminus, Facialis, Glossopharyngeus and of Vagus. The other one termed “myogenic” may develop when salpingopalatine muscle be affected in otitis media and in obstructive process of Eustachian tube.
