Abstract
The auther reported the new osteoplastic treatment of the cleft palate which can be rendered effective by pharyngoplasty.
Osteoplastic uranoplasty which can be reduced to the subperiostal resection of the palatine process and pharyngoplasty, briefly the partial resection of the pharyngeal mucous membrane consisted of 1cm. in width from posterior palate arch to posterior palatine arch, are the most logical approach to the cleft palate.
The disturbance of speech of the cleft palate is promptly controlled by this surgical procedure.
