Experimentally induced acute middle ear suppuration of rabbits were devided into two groups. The one were treated with several chemotherapeutics, such as penicillin (intramuscular and intra-artery injection), sulfadiazin (intravenously), monafulasin (instilation to the affected middle ear). The other group were associated with cold sensibilization formerly and after above mentiond proceders. From these contrasts the auther concieves that cold sensibilization may act as antagonistic and delayed on the effect of chemotherapeutics in the middle ear suppuration.
