A case of associated paralysis of the larynx caused by extravasated Thorotrast in the left cervical region is reported.
The patient was 48 year-old man who had received Thorotrast injection for head trauma about 23 years ago, in the II World War. He complained of difficulty in swallowing, hoarseness and rhinolalia recently, and has observed IX, X. XI cerebral nerve paralysis, cervical tumor and slight cirrhosis of the liver.
