We reported a case of chordoma which is one of the very rare diseases.
The patient was 49 year-old man, who complained of swelligg of the right side of the soft palate. His X-ray film showed partial destruction of the right side of lower jaw angle and the round shadow in right lung which seemed to be the matastasis. But the certain diagnosis was decided only by pathohistological examination after the operation.
