Abstract
Study was made on 50 patients with allergic rhinitis and those suspected of allergic rhinitis whose main complaints were nasal allergy conditions, namely, sneezing, nasal secretion, in cases of nasal obstruction, etc. Twenty-six patients were given 1 vial of Histaglobin (10 vials over a course of treatment) and 24 patients 2 vials (20 vials over a course of treatment) to compare the effect.
1) The effect ratio of 1 vial group was 69.2%, and that of 2 vial group was 87.5%.
2) In both groups results were excellent for sneezing attacks, nasal secretion, but the efficacy in cases of nasal obstruction was considerably less.
3) No adverse reaction was observed in either group.
