We report a case of Warthin's tumor (adenolymphoma) with calculi. The patient, a 43-year-old woman, visited our clinic and reported a painless mass under her right parotid gland. An imaging study showed a polycystic tumor with calculi or calcification, and a superficial lobectomy was performed. On sectioning, Calculi were found in the cysts of the tumor and the histologic diagnosis was Warthin's tumor. It is considered that inflammation is an important factor in the etiology of calculi.
