We observed abnormal eye movements in a 24-year-old male, who complainedof vertigo. His eye movements were similar to those of opsoclonus or ocular myoclonus, but not complete coincidental. The movements observed were irregular, sometimes non-conjugated, and were synchronized with the movements of his upperlip. In this case, we applied the graphical analysis technique on 16 mm-film of thepatient. It was very useful for evaluation of the synchronization of the movementsof his eyes and upper lip.
