Five Cases of Sinusitis with Visual Impairment

Abstract

Two patients had pansinusitis with nasal symptoms. However,3 patients had no nasal symptoms with normal findings on anterior rhinoscopy, and required further examination of tomography and CT-scan. In 2 of the 3 cases, bony defect or sequester formation in the optic canal was observed. The other 3 cases had no abnormal findings in the optic canal.
