抄録

It is easily that measure absorbance to understand for total viable microalgae count condition of Aurantiochytium sp. SER209. As a result of measuring absorbance and total viable microalgae count on 2-8% glucose concentration, it was to some extent correlation on 2% glucose concentration. On the other hand, absorbance was decreasing with increasing glucose concentration, it is possible that high nutrition have a low effect upon increasing Aurantiochytrium sp. SEK209. Therefore, to result of measuring absorbance is a little possible of total viable microalgae count condition.
