Recently, renewable energy has attracted attention by the energy problem. The Waste Power Generation (WPG) is one of them. WPG without being affected by climatic conditions such as solar power and wind power is capable of stable operation of the constant output using synchronous machine. In recent years, the plant of WPG efficiency of higher than 20% is increasingly introduced. However, in the steam temperature 300℃ or more, high-temperature corrosion of uperheater tube with HCl of the exhaust gas of waste incineration is concerned. In this study, we propose a high efficiency WPG system by dehumidification and reheat.
