World Green Innovation named by author is innovation for social system to solve global warming issue with two stages. First stage,1.6 G ha is newly afforested so that all the CO2 emission by the use of fossil fuels can be fixed. Second stage, switch from fossil fuel to biomass liquid fuel produced from wood which is large supplied from new growth forest. CO2 fixation cost by forest is estimated $6.4/t-CO2. Biomass liquid cost is estimated $13/GJ. The result is that to solve global warning issue and switch from fossil fuel to a biomass fuel are feasible.
