P-04　有機系廃棄物の熱分解ガス化残渣を用いた生成タールの除去

抄録

To remove tar produced in the pyrolysis and gasification of bio-waste, we are studying on tar removal using not Ni catalysts or activated coal but residues such as char and ash accumulating on the bottom of pyrolyzer and gasifier. In the study, benzene vapor as simulated tar and N₂ gas were supplied to fixed bed of residues after pyrolysis and gasification of bio-waste, followed by heating the fixed bed to 450°C. Benzene removal rates using each bio-waste were examined by comparing benzene concentration in flue gas with that in blank test.
