抄録

Pretreatment based on ammonia for bioethanol production from dried Erianthus were done. It was shown with FT-IR that ammonia cleaves ester linkages. As cleaverage increased enzymatic saccharification ratio increased., Cellulose crystal form of III, I and III & I were obtained by ammonia-based pretreatment.
