P-44 高効率アルコール発酵のためのキシロース資化性酵母Pichia stipitisの改良(セルロースエタノール,Poster Session)

抄録

Clotrimazole-tolerant mutant CTM-2 was obtained by mutation in Pichia stipitis and adaptation of P stipitis against clotrimazole and ethanol. CTM-2 had tolerance against some kind of stress such as ethanol, alcohol fermentation inhibitor including in the saccharified liquid of biomass (Pennisetum purpureum), furfural, vanillin and acetic acid. CMT-2 had high productivity of ethanol in medium containing both glucose and xylose and the saccharified liquid of biomass (P purpureum).
