2.CCSEMによる石炭中鉱物質分析手法の開発 : 分析条件が測定結果におよぼす影響の評価

抄録

The computer controlled scanning microscopy (CCSEM) is expected as effective analysis tool for minerals in coal. But the effect of analytical condition on the error of obtained data is not clarified well. In this report, relations between analytical conditions, such as threshold for particle recognition, and measurement time for EDS, was considered.
