3-9-1 ショッピングセンターにおける食品廃棄物のメタン発酵について(3-9 メタン・水素発酵,Session 3 バイオマス等,研究発表)

抄録

The methane fermentation plant (1 t/day scale) was placed at MYCAL AKASHI, as a model case of methane fermentation of waste food at the urban shopping center. The features of this plant are as follows. (1)Pretreatment : aerobic solubilization by lactic fermentation. (2)Methane fermentation : EGSB, UASB systems by using methanogenic granules. (3)Electrical generation : The biogas generation in this situation is the first case in Japan. The Details of this project are described as follows.
