Abstract
Hydrothermal pretreatment using the solid acid catalyst was carried out to enhance hydrolysis of rice straw. The optimal pretreatment condition was at 150℃ for 3h. In the case, the amount of oligosaccharide produced in the liquid products was the largest, and the yield of monosaccharide was 460g/kg at the rice straw after enzymatic saccharification.
