3-14-4 Development of hydrothermal pretreatment using solid acid catalyst in enzymatic saccharification of rice straw

Abstract

Hydrothermal pretreatment using the solid acid catalyst was carried out to enhance hydrolysis of rice straw. The optimal pretreatment condition was at 150℃ for 3h. In the case, the amount of oligosaccharide produced in the liquid products was the largest, and the yield of monosaccharide was 460g/kg at the rice straw after enzymatic saccharification.
