As an effective utilization of carbon dioxide, hydrogenation of CO2 to produce C2-C6 lower olefins was investigated over Cu-Mn promoted precipitated Fe catalyst supported on an active carbon. The catalyst showed a high performance for the formation of lower olefins; yield and selectivity obtained were 14% and 37%, respectively. Stability of the catalyst was also found high, and no significant deactivation was not observed for 50h.
