構造的な変化と今後の展望

抄録

With the entry into force of the Paris Agreement, the role of the financial sector is attracting attention as actions aimed at zero emissions globally have become apparent. Structural changes have been brought about by promoting decarbonization through financial markets, such as the push for disclosure of non-financial information by companies on climate change issues and the EU's development of sustainable technical standards (taxonomy). On the other hand, the need to strengthen energy systems against natural disasters has been addressed as a point of contention. As there is a deep relationship between climate change countermeasures and the resilience of energy systems, it will be important in the future to consider financial sector portfolios that contribute to solving mutual issues.
