To convert green spaces in city as environmental resources to environmental aseets, it is important not only to conserve them but also to make the best use of them.By these use citizens realize the more value of greens. But to make these use system,it is important to make role sharing and collabrative relationships between citizens and rocal government. 'Satoyama' consevation activities and Open Garden activities in Japan, and community gardens in U.S. give suggestion to make them up.
