Abstract

The flower bed is “an artifical plant community”, which is formed by same or different plant groups on ecological and morphological. Those plants are living together to continue the growth and flowering on the flower beds.
Frequently, the plants would be planted to excessively dense on flower bed.
The present study was carried out to evident on relation of growth, flowering and appreciative effect by various planting density with Pansy, Salvia and French Marigold.
This report is consists of three experiments.
1) One of them, it was observated on variation of plant form, flowering habits and flowering density as after planting on flower bed.
If we take to express on appreciative effect of fl ower bed by plane figures, it will be indicate to ratio of the earth part, leaf and stem part (Green), and flower part (Coloured) on flower bed plane. We could take experience so much beautiful of flower bed, especially in case of the earth part was less or lack and flower part was enlarged.
2) The second experment was investigated to influence of different planting density treatment on growth, flowering and appreciate effect of Pansy, Salvia and French Marigold.
In this result, the suitable planting intervals for pansy was about 20cm, salvia was about 25cm and french marigold was about 20 to 25cm.
3) The third experiment was compared with responses of fresh weight on individual top organs of salvia and french marigold, influenced by planting density.
From this result, these were very poor grown on top growth by planted less than 20cm at intervals with salvia and french marigold were less than 10cm.
4) In consequence, I could evident to fit for planting density with pansy, salvia and french marigold. But the planting density will be affected by growth pattern, blanching form and flowering habits of different species and varieties. Therefore, I am going to research for characters of annual bedding plants and classification of them.
