Abstract
Herzberg's two-dimensional theory was derived from the investigation about critical incident on present job or past job. But it is more important for us to study how the job feeling has been changing from past to present. To investigate the job feeling of the past, we used Herzberg's M-H analysis, and to investigate the job feeling of the present, we used morale survey. This paper deals with the examination of the Dual-factor theory by analyzing and comparing the two investigations.
