Abstract
Learning effects in a work usually appear in multi-factors. Time consumed in a work, exactness of working, etc. are the examples of multi-factors. When each of multi-factors of learning is observed at the same time, some abnomal phenomena are often found in the middle stage of learning process. In this paper, such abnomal phenomena are discussed and the relations between multi-factors themselves are made clear through ergonomical expriments.
