A great change in social and economic environment of the work system is forecast. And a change in the meaning of work is unavoidable. So a research on the quality of working life from new viewpoints is required. We have built a multi-motivation theory from such a standpoint. In this study as part I, we examined the Double Dual Systems that is a fundamental structure of the MM theory.
