The purpose of this paper is to confirm that the most fundamental and basic psychological trait of Japanese is the faith in "the feeling of togetherness". The theories of Motoori, Nakane, Okonogi, Doi, Minamoto, and Kimura on the human relations of Japanese are examined. The psychological traits that they propose as the Japanese basic psychological trait are discussed and it is confirmed that their traits are deduced on the basis of the faith in "the feeling of togetherness". Therefore, it is concluded that the most fundamental and basic psychological trait of Japanese is the faith in "the feeling of togetherness".
