This paper describes the results of questionnaire on the specification and the problem of fuel and lubricant treatment system for marine diesel engines. The questionnairing was conducted on the 54 ships. The results of the questionnaire for example fuel, cylinder oil, system oil, filter, purifier and other instruments were tabulated. The actual condition of them was shown by the chart.
