Many factories of heavy industry are extending to the sea side of the bay or the inland sea in Japan. I specially investigate many small crafts traffic in the Inland sea of Seto sailing for transport between those factories and cities. They are sailing under the tidal current and make a distinctive character of traffic. Some perhaps effect for the course of sea disaster. Here analize some tipical type of small craft traffic in the narrow channels and the effect of current sailing by choosing departure time according to the current.
