抄録
The author already observed that the superlattices FeCo, Mg3Cd, MgCd and MgCd3 recrystalize during their order-disorder transformation. Now,the author experimented on other superlattices such as Ni3Fe and Ni3Mn which are different from FeCo type. As a result, the disordered Ni3Fe recrystalizes by heating at 490°for 40∼50 hours and the disordered Ni3Mn recrystalizes at about 450°. This grain change point stands on the property change point in the graph of the properties’ changes such as electric resistance or hardness by order-disorder transformation. It may be generally supposes that in the course of order-disorder transformation,the internal stress occurs by the volume change or the atom movement, and the recrystallization phenomenon comes into existence by its accumulation.It is observed that one of causes of the property change is due to the existence of the internal stress which develops into the recrystallization.
