螢光X線分析における共存元素の影響を半定量的に求める一つの試みについて

A semiquantitative method to estimate the influence of the various elements in the samples was tried. This method was based on the application of the approximate equation, I_ae=\dfracK_a·W_aΣ_bW_b(μ_b⁄ρ_b), which was introduced by R. M. Brissey, C. Sautier and others. Using this equation the influence of the coexisting elements in some alloys were estimated semiquantitatively.
