サイリスタセルビウスにおける高周波デバイス応用

抄録

A conventional static Scherbius system has the problems of a low power-factor and a rectangular waveform of the recovery current. Since the higher-order harmonic components in the current cause trouble on the electric power system, the waveform improvement is important.
In this paper, a novel static Scherbius system which improves both the low power-factor and the recovery current waveform is proposed.
