This study proposes safety assessment method in Earthquake Disaster for road considering use on daily life to presuppose that roads using usually in daily living are selected in disaster term. It assesses roads in Mineoka area in Hodogaya ward, Yokohama city as study area by three indexes and examines effective use of this method. The three indexes are daily use, risk and importance. It makes possible to add priority by a view of disaster management as regional area to assessment of road risk in earthquake disaster considering daily use of roads. It makes clear that it can be possible to assessment of roads importance in earthquake disaster to catch impact of blockade as a ripple effect for regional area.
