This paper presents a new paradigm of Community Renaissance and Integrated Community Development after 921 earthquake in Taiwan, which is named “Integrated Disaster Reconstruction". In this paper firstly it would be taken a brief look at 22 reconstruction projects after earthquake, and then, 3 case studies will be shown by using way of ethnology.The first case study relates “Shaobantian Community", the second one relates "Qingjing Farm Community", Ren 'ai town. The last one relates to Shang'an Community in Shuili Town. Those communities are located in Nantou County and all places are damaged by the earth quake. The end of this paper the author would like to mention the character of current tendency of “Integrated Disaster Reconstruction" through brief look of outline of 22 reconstruction, and ethnography of three community's case studies.
