自治体防災担当者向け研修プログラムの教育効果の検証

Though a discussion theme about developing human resource to power up a ability to response a disaster event on a public sector, it is not enough to examine a current human development program for officers on a disaster prevention section. This report shows an educational effect of a standard training program pursuant to plural reports of a blain trust with applying for 4-level approach of Kerkpatric. This report points that an object program achieves just about a third level in 4-level approach concept. But it is difficult to evaluate factual effects for disaster response operations. Considering an effective training program, it is necessary to standardize disaster response operations on municipal sectors to apply for officers in a current situation.
