In this paper, we assumed that earthquake-resistance retrofitting is a behavior of the individual resident's selection and analyzed it. Concretely, after the decision making structure concerning earthquake-resistance retrofitting and the factors are clarified, the action of each subject is described by binary logit models.The result of this research will be able to be used for the real number forecast and the policy assessment for earthquake-resistance retrofitting.
