Hotel management contracts have changed under the background of the contract contents and relationship between owners and operators. Because of the changes of relationships between owners and operators resulting from CapEx, the discussion of CapEx of Hotel management has arisen. In order to grasp the role and importance of CapEx for hotel management, this study focused on the discussions of CapEx resulting from Hotel management contracts. As for the result of this study, CapEx is considered to be the indicator which enables visualizing the asset value in Hotel asset management, as well as the strategic indicator for long-term planning Hotel operation.
