This paper focuses on the usefulness of personalized services of travel company in order to obtain clues to the possibility of sustainable growth and development of travel company, and investigates the reasons for using personalized services, the relationship with travel destinations and products, and attitudes toward future use and travel consultation fee. As a result, it was found that there were reasons for "maximizing travel benefits" and "anxiety about uncertain arrangements," that differed depending on whether the trip was domestic or overseas, and whether it included sightseeing and meals or a free plan, and that the higher the intention to use personalized services in the future and the higher the travel experience, the more positive they were about paying for consultation fee.
