Abstract
The role of radiological technicians in the structure of the system used for mammography examinations is very important, and it is valuable to study multiple aspects of the system at each facility. Therefore, we studied a radiographic image quality and evaluation methods using the radiographic system and images used at our hospital. The improvement of the radiographic system and accuracy control conducted in parallel with the longitudinal comparison indicated that even if the standards for management are met to some extent, there may still be problems, including increases in artifacts, poor AEC (automatic exposure control) position, and differences in recognition among examiners. In future, we will evaluate ways to improve the efficiency of the system structure, including education.
