This research focuses on the relationship between information-related activities and developmental processes. We applied this theory to 40 students through environmental and monetary lessons which include six perspectives at elementary school. The students were classified into three groups according to information-related activities. We analyzed these groups by the quality of writings in the worksheets which students produced before and during the lessons and compared them with the developmental processes of the students. The result indicated that they can use their own words to summarize teacher’s explanation. Among the group of high information-related activity, more than half of the students show the growth of developmental processes through lessons. These results also indicated that information- related activities influence maturational processes and student achievement levels.
