Abstract
In the global analysis of Si Cz system,only diffuse hypothesis,for the surfaces related to radiation heat transfer,has been used without any proof.In this study,the global analysis of heat transfer in the Cz system with diffuse and specular surfaces was carried out,and the effects of the different radiative characteristics of the surfaces on the Si Cz crystal growth were investigated.
