Abstract
Morphodrom of lysozyme crystals was obtained at 23℃ and pH 4.65 by systematically varyjng the NaCl concentration( 1-10%), the protein concentration(0.2-1O%)and the acetate buffer concentration(0-500mM)Spherulitic crystals were always observed. coexisting with the typical tetragonal ones, When the NaCl concentration≧5%.
