Abstract
We studied a nucleation of Taka-arnylase A (TAA).TAA was purificated TAA from Sumizyme and crystallized it from Tris-HCI buffer. A bipyramid crystal form was obtained under the condition of the previous study 1). Solubiity fo TAA was measured T.B.I. method. It was convinced that the solubirity of TAA was significantly high cornpared with lysozyme and strongry depended on temperature.
