Abstract
The formation process of amorphous calcium phosphate(ACP) was investigated using intensity-enhanced dynamic light scattering technique. A psudo-physiological solution bubbled by CO_2 gas was prepared to form ACP with gradual release of CO_2 gas due to increase the pH of the solution from acidic to slight alkaline regions. It was confirmed that the 0.4-1.5 nm sized particles existed in the solution.
