The crystallization process of amorphous carbons both filmy quenched carbonaceous composite (f-QCC) and commercial Asahi Cokes mesophase (mesophase) have been studied by in-situ method in high resolution transmission electron microscopic method. The characteristic structure alterations were seen about 300℃ and 800℃ for the f-QCC and the mesophase.
