A case of breast cancer with metastasis to uterine leiomyoma is reported along with a literature review. Tumor-to-tumor metastasis is an uncommon phenomenon, and only about 43 cases of metastasis of breast cancer to uterine leiomyoma have been reported. Although the preoperative diagnosis may be difficult due to its rarity, magnetic resonance imaging might be helpful by showing multiple hyperintense foci on diffusion-weighted imaging that contain hemorrhage within uterine leiomyomas in patients with a history of breast cancer.
